Enid Scatliffe Fun Day postponed due to inclement weather

The PTA of Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary is calling on the public to support their fun-day set for tomorrow Saturday December 10.
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary Christmas Fun Day which was slated for today Saturday December 10, has been postponed due to the inclement weather and will now be held on Sunday December 18, 2011.

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of the school is calling all parents of children between the ages of 4 – 11 years to come out to a Fun Day of interactive play fundraiser.

The Event which will now be held next Sunday December 18, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the school grounds, aims to raise funds to assist with improving the teacher, student educational experience at the school among other things, stated the PTA president Ms. Derecia Scatliffe-Thomas.

At the event, there will be an adventure ride, mini beauty shop for face, nail, and body art, motto skill development games and activities with prizes, lucky dip, fictional children character appearances together with gift giving from Santa to students attending the school. Special prizes will also be given to winners of some of the events. Food and drinks will also be on sale.

Children yearn for their parents’ attention, and the PTA of ESPPS encourages parents to make the time to take a positive interest in their child’s work and play.

Come out and play as this day is expected to be a “me, mommy and daddy day” that will be remembered and cherished for life.
