Typical response. When ever a BVIslander commits an offence we tent to beleive that that person was influenced by other person most likely an expat in this case a Police Officer. Anyone regardless to their ethnicity, nationality, social or any other status commits crimes. It has to do with the choices that person made.

If true that she has done this crime, she deserve to punished. I hope that mercy eould be extented to her. Sin is sin. Wickedness is evil, but mercy shown to all offenders of righreous is love by action. Mercy given to others that do us wrong, mercy we will receive from the King of Kings. May she learn from this exprience, that there are plenty of oppertunties available to become rich, Stealing from others is not a high risk one.

This is not the stage in nobody life where you go spoil your name mehson. You got a good job now look at that. None of our lives are clean so neither do I condemn you. I. Dishonest liars are they The woman that alledged the stole the $6,900. deserved to be punished for her action. but if we condemned her of this robbery, we should agree in fairness that we should also condemn ourselve. Condemn her action, not her. He, she, me, and they that have not stolen from others at any time in the past, though at times have not been caught, redhanded, so to speak, as guilty as Satan. If you want to call yourself a sinner that’s on you but we should aim to be saints and not figure it’s ok to sin everyday.

Do not judge, so that you will not be judged, since you will be judged in the same judgment that you make, and you will be measured by the same standard you apply. (Matthew 7:1–2)

This means that for example if you stole you should not condemn someone for stealing, if you got caught smuggling you should not condemn someone for doing the same. The Bible is referring to hypocrisy.

The daily practice of stealing from others people money, goods, husbands, wives, and others persessions are as come as breathing in and breathing out. She deserve to be held accountible for her action. There is a saying that only the dogs that are caught sucking eggs, are that eggs sucking dogs the should be condemned. Such a saying shoulh never be accepted by any person whether they live here or there. An eggs sucking dog that steal and sucked the eggs he or she stole, is no worst than people that stole money etc, from other persons and unjustly spendec or spending it, as if it is owned by them. Thieves have not the authority to judge and condemned others thieves. If you are not able to help her up, don't hammer with comdemning words that also apply to you.

That's BS and also discrimination. A lot of accountants/lawyers/business partners/Investment companies steal or commit fraud as well. And the money ends up in places like the BVI. Have you forgotten Madoff? On a smaller scale, a resulting arrest depends on whether or not the company reports the theft, or allows person to repay the money. So please don't spout your discriminatory notions. Situations are much deeper than you are capable of thought. The ignorance in this place is so...IGNORANT. How some of you have managed to survive this far in life totally escapes me.

The #1 crime in the B.V.I is thief. Probably 95% the the citizens that are currently living here have stolen from another one way or the other. Examples: ( 1.) overcharge , (2) underpay, (3) deliberate late for work. (4) Call in sick when not. and the list goes on, and on, and on. The woman that aledgedly stole $6,900.00 must be held accountible for her evil action. But who has appointed, and gave you sword tongue thieves condemnation rights over her? Stealing fron ithers is the norm in the British Virgin Islands, not the exception. Hypocrites!!!!!!

People she has counted on has left her hanging including myself at times I must admit. I often would tell her something isn't right with her life because one person cant go through so much. Persons will talk bad about her but she isn't even a flashy person with hair, fancy fancy clothes, expensive bags, expensive car nothing, so why persons dislike her. She dont even have much friends or really associate with people. She is nearly always by herself. She dont mind persons business like how some of you in hers.
