Hernandez, Commissioner of Police Michael B. Mathews, who is believed to be overseas, made contact with our newsroom.

FREDERIKSTED, St Croix, USVI— The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) on Thursday, March 8, 2018 said Jelani Marcus Hall, 28, was arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful sexual contact, after it was reported — and investigated, according to police — that Mr Hall, on several occasions, had sexually assaulted two minors.
