Cricket returns to Greenland May 13, 2018

GREENLAND, Tortola, VI- One of the most popular sporting events in the Territory, cricket, returns to Greenland this month with the Peter Haycraft Flow T20 Cricket Tournament.

The usually exciting T20 tournament, which draws a large crowd on match days, bowls off on Sunday May 13, 2018 at the Greenland Playfield with two games.

Game one brings together VG Spartans and cricket powerhouse Grenada CC from 10:00 A.M.

Game two is between champion club Cavaliers and Ground Works from 1:00 P.M.

The other teams in the tournament are Vikings, RTW, Royal Knights, Under The Tree and Island Stars.
The semi-finals are scheduled for July 15 and final on July 22, 2018.

It is unclear at this time what prizes will be up for grabs for the teams; however, patrons of the games will receive lots of giveaways and opportunities to win various prizes.
