The manager of DDM needs to go. She only seems interested in hiring non Virginislanders. She should be trying to get locals trained for the jobs. That shows where her interest lies. Someone in authority must look into that. We cannot leave our people behind when it comes to making a living in their own country.

The present / past DDM failed over and over and over. She has been given chances upon chances to redeem herself. Yet she failed.. At some point sweet talk and good friends won't be enough.. Someone will want to see results.... Let's hope that this change works out.. I would have prefer a male someone who is agile. Fit who can lead from the front maneuvering through the storms and the dust and the mud who is capable of lifting up a 160lb injured unable body..

Congratulations Chrystall, I think you arrived in the VI a little before me. I’m sure you’ll be of fine service to the territory in your new role, whether some appreciate it or not. Well done, keep it up.
