FISH BAY, Tortola, VI- A cement truck toppled on the Blackburn Highway at Fish Bay, on the main island of Tortola, today, September 2, 2019.

It is unclear at this time what caused the heavy duty truck to flip. There have been no reports of injuries.

From all indications, the truck was proceeding in the direction of East End when the mishap occurred on a turn close to Clarence Thomas Limited sometime before 10:00am.

The road is not completely blocked and police are on the scene directing traffic.
