ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Well known and admired for raising funds through his charity to assist various persons and entities across the Territory, teenage philanthropist Jaleel F. Cameron has found himself on the receiving end of the ongoing CCT Cares Initiative.

This means Cameron, a student of Cedar International School on Tortola, will be able to participate in the school's University Tour which is a part of its Experiential Education Programme.

Cameron is a stand out student- Cedar International School

Cedar International School’s University Advisor and Preparation Teacher, Mrs Roshan Gujar-Rosan speaking on behalf of Cameron, said, "Jaleel stands out among his peers as a student that is community-oriented and virtuous.

“CCT's donation is not just giving Jaleel the opportunity to step foot on a university campus, meet Admissions Officers and observe a class but provides the opportunity for Jaleel to be exposed to an environment that will inspire him to pursue university studies and actualise his dreams.”

“We are thankful to CCT for this donation that will have a long-lasting impact on Jaleel," Mrs Rosan expressed in a press release by CCT.

‘We admire Mr Cameron’- CCT

Commenting on the donation, CCT's Marketing Manager, Mr Recaldo Richardson said that, “We are delighted to be a part of this experience for Mr Cameron who has been recognised as the territory’s youngest philanthropist and has been involved in several humanitarian projects.

“We admire Mr Cameron and feel that this donation will help to show him how much he is appreciated in the community and also encourage him to keep pushing forward to achieve the level of greatness destined for him.”

CCT Cares Initiative was officially launched in January 2018 and will continue to give back to the community through volunteering services and contributing in ways that seem fit for the betterment of the community.
