Candlelight walk in memory of late Magistrate Charmaine R. Rosan-Bunbury

LONG BAY, Beef Island, VI- Family, friends and some in the legal community are still mourning the passing of Charmaine R. Rosan-Bunbury on December 31, 2017 at a United Kingdom hospital.

Her sister Rosemary L. Rosan-Jones has organised a candlelight walk in memory of the former Government Magistrate tomorrow, Saturday January 27, 2018.

The event for a cause

The event, dubbed Light Up The Night, will take place at Long Bay Beach on Beef Island where participants will walk the beach. It is scheduled to begin at 5:00 P.M. and a $25.00 registration fee will be required for the event. Children under 16 years of age are free. At the candlelight walk there will be discussions about cancer from survivors and from the BVI Cancer Society, according to her sister Rosan-Jones.

All proceeds are expected to be donated to the BVI Cancer Society & Sensus Gym, two of the event sponsors. The walk is also sponsored by Road Town Wholesale and The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board. The late attorney and founder of Rosan Law is survived by her husband Alec G. Bunbury Snr and three children- Adin 7, AJ 13 and Delauni 18.

There has been no date announced for her funeral.
