not innocent but if you bring a knife to a fist fight you are going to jail, the question is why did it take so long to charge him?

@FTFY and the son of a former police officer but all investigations take time. The fact is that he is charged whether it took a couple hours a day or a week.

The issuer is not the innocence of Quammie. A crime was an act of violence perpetrated against him and that is the now the issue. Anything else is secondary. Let the court hear the case and decide what the punishment if any should be. We can’t just go around like this is the Wild West wielding guns, knives or any other weapons with impunity. There are consequences and that is what a trial will bear out. Young fools playing gangsters.
