This may help you better understand that while I’m the one being persecuted and ridiculed in fact it is the Social Systems and People in General who are on trial rather than AC Frett… This may show how what is done to one is done to all and in most cases worse than what is done to me.

The difference is that I have never been a willing slave so the Chains that others accept I reject.

This research is so powerful because it shows that in the Systems of Oppressors the Greedy feeds of the Needy so they will always hate independent thinkers… During recent Slavery they viewed such resistance as transient since Education was only for the privileged and time usually weakened resolve of the Oppressed… Today’s Technology and the Internet changed things.

The Poor now have greater access to information once controlled by the Wealthy and are better able to recognize reality and less inclined to hero-worship… This modern leveling of Playing Fields brings awareness to the underprivileged and turns the Greedy 1% into their own worst Enemy… As a consequence Systems of Politics, Courts and Religion find themselves on trial.

All across the World from Africa to America to Russia to Europe to Jamaica to Everywhere Mankind is finally experiencing Political senility with reduction in Voters Turnout (& Violence) rendering tenets of Majority Rule a questionable feature… Even BV-Islanders who grinned & bore it or placed it in God’s Hands are recognizing Democratic Dictatorship and Hypocrisy.

Religion is decaying internally as those enforcing Rites & Rules are the same ones breaking them; Preachers against sexual immorality are caught neck deep in Homosexuality and Adultery. AIDS infected Priests are paying to have Murder-Suicide committed and Boys-Molesting Pastor being wrapped in an Ancient Symbol of Religion in a quest to be called King rather than Queen.

There are even Religions using the Dead of other Religion to create fake Saints & Martyrs and Reports at home & abroad now show Religions producing more questions than answers… As they shrink they also splinter because persons are seeing through these old Religions but after being fooled for so long many still remain too afraid to step out from Decades of Darkness.

Courts still operate on an internal subsystem of Adversarial Practice where Principles of Right and Wrong are largely ignored as the Pauper’s Pennies are depleted in a staged show of lawyer fighting lawyer without really caring whether or not Clients receive Fairness & Justice… We still hear reports of Legal wheeling & dealing as the innocent spend life times in prison.

This is even worse when Officers of the Court use their knowledge & influence of the System along with their contacts & positions within the Network to seek personal pecuniary benefits by knowingly taking wrong and malicious matters to the Courts with apparent evil intent.

Once upon a time these were considered rumours; Today many of us have firsthand experience.

It is ironic that in this same Week the UK is scheduled to send Overseers to assess whether or not the Financial Dreams & Practices of our Leaders are likely to render UK Citizens liable, that I will again be taken to Court for trying to provide Affordable Health Care for our People so there will be more of them standing up and functioning rather than lying down; sick or dead.

It appears our Social Systems are so broken that the more we are promised Freedom or Fairness or Justice the more the Oppressors would have us prey on each other even as they prey on us.

We have seen this during Web attacks on the Labour Commissioner where instead of relevant concerns the main focus was the open disregard for her as a Born & Bred British Virgin Islander.

As an indigenous BV-Islander no one fought harder than I for Respect & fairness to Non-BV-Islanders while standing firmer on the issue of inherent Birth Rights for British Virgin Islanders. Just as Israel protects her Jews and America protects her Americans it would be foolish for us not to stand up for our People and have Leaders & Followers treat other BV-Islanders in this fashion.

While it is neither my mission nor intent to defend the Commissioner or make Wrongs into Right everyone should be entitled to be made aware of Charges against them and given a chance for defense, correction & improvement before facing crucifixion without conviction… Furthermore, this should be mandatory for Public Servants especially since Labour Code demands this for & from Private Sector Employees & Employers… Government should always lead by example.

Again this is no defense of the Commissioner for I have had my own experiences where Labour Dept sanctioned unjustified leaving of my Employees to take up employment with competitors so this is not about her or me but about every current & potential victim of obsessive Power who may think there is no one anywhere who shares their pain… Believe it or not; you are not alone.

At the same time it should be a lesson to all those who feel that occupying a Government job is license to harass those you serve… You are wrong! Your responsibility is to help and not hinder.

Some of you may recall me warning from Minister to Commissioner & Crew to leave that New fool-fool Labour Code alone lest they become its Victims… They chose not to listen & they paid.

Like Olden Days these are all signs of Oppression and in this Black History Month we still hear of Slavery still being practiced… Same Beast; just different clothes… There can be no real Freedom if Persons are prevented from Living & Learning… Even if our People are stripped of all they outwardly possess they will always need Knowledge and Health.

Even Obama appears to realize that some chronic Illnesses such as Hypertension and Diabetes were caused and affected by Centuries of Slavery and therefore requires Affordable Health Care to be a Right for Illness Prone Descendants of Slaves.
