Arrest Blotter for August 23-29, 2015

ROAD TOWN, Tortola VI- Here is the arrest blotter for the period August 23 to August 29, 2015 as issued by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF).

BREACH OF PROTECTION ORDER

On 23-08-2015at 0720hrs, Police arrested and charged Bevern Smith, 43, of the Valley Virgin Gorda for Breach of Protection Order, Criminal Damage and Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He wasgranted bail to appear at Magistrate’s Court on 25-09-2015. 

ASSAULT ON POLICE

On 25-08-2015 about 0957hrs, Police arrested and charged Jessica George, 31, for the offences of Assault on Police and Common Assault.   

WOUNDING

On 25-08-2015at1540hrs, Police arrested and charged Clayton Smithen for the offence of Wounding.

DRUNKENNESS IN PUBLIC

On 28-08-2015 at 1540hrs, Police arrested and charged Merlin Ceasor of No Fixed Place of Abode for Drunkenness in a Public Place.

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 29-08-2015 at 2120hrs, Police arrested and charged Kenrel Telemaque, 40, of the Commonwealth of Dominica, residing on Virgin Gorda for Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm, Theft, Armed with an Offensive Weapon, Reckless and Negligent Act and two counts of Threatening Language.
