ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

1. On 17-08-2015 at 1909hrs, Police arrested and charged Zephaniah Farrell, 38, of Valley Virgin Gorda on two counts of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Abduction.

2. On 20-08-2015 at 1055hrs, Police arrested and charged Bevern Smith, 43, of the Valley, Virgin Gorda for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Criminal Damage. On 21-08-2015 at 1048hrs, Smith was also charged for Breach of Protection Order, Criminal Damage and Common Assault.

3. On 19-08-2015 at 1743hrs, Police arrested and charged Joseph Smith, 40, the Valley, Virgin Gorda for the offence ofAssault Causing Actual Bodily Harm.

BURGLARY

1. On 18-08-2015 at 1200hrs, Police arrested and charged Kimo Creque, 36, of North Sound for Burglary. He was granted bail to appear before Court on 02-11-2015.

2. On 19-08-2015 at 2030hrs, Police arrested and charged Reynaldo Hewlett, 33, of Brewers Bay for Burglary.

ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON

1. On 18-08-2015 at 1630hrs, Police arrested and charged Avery Gilbert, 51, for being Armed with an Offensive Weapon.

2. On 20-08-2015 at 0317hrs, Police arrested and charged Oswald Bynoe, 51, of Purcell Estate with being Armed with Offensive Weapon and Wounding. He was later granted bail to appear at Court on 25-09-2015.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

1. On 19-08-2015 at 1328hrs, Police arrested and charged Devron John, native of St. Vincent, residing on Little Dix Hill for Criminal Damage. He was granted bail to appear in Court on 02-10-2015.

2. On 19-08-2015 at 2130hrs, Police arrested and charged Morris Huggins, 35, of Valley on two counts of Criminal Damage and Traffic Offences.
