ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A 60 year old ‘hot blooded’ man was given 20 months to cool off after he admitted to trying to get into a woman's house, not to steal anything but to have sex with her.

This was revealed in the Magistrates Court at John's Hole yesterday July 23, 2015 before Principal Magistrate Tamia N. Richards when Sydney Varlack Malone put in an appearance.

The court heard that Varlack Malone placed a pair of socks on his hands which he said he did to avoid leaving fingerprints.

According to the Prosecution, the Virtual Complainant was at home when she saw the defendant at her door attempting to open the door. She asked him what he was doing there. To this he allegedly said he was there to have sex with her.

When questioned by the Magistrate, the man said that he was born on Tortola and was a mechanic by trade. Magistrate Richards said she took the man’s age into consideration but insisted that because of the nature of the offence she had to impose a custodial sentence.

Isn't this a man who is mentally ill? Some how the name rings a bell. If I am correct then it goes to show that even if you are mentally ill when the brain summons you become doubly challenged.
