        “PLANdemic”? “Their Scheme”? “Vaccine Submissive”?

What is wrong with people, making comments like that? Don’t you read the news and see what’s been happening all over the world? Everywhere!
Look at the current Covid tragedy in India. The Covid vaccine is more effective effective against the virus than any previous vaccine.
Quit your inane conspiracy theory garbage.

The vaccines were designed to recognize the spike protein the coronavirus carries, and create an immune response to it, in effect to fight the virus.

And I’m all in for the teachings of Jesus, and the Peace of Christ but Jesus is not not going to prevent you from getting infected with the highly contagious Coronavirus, if you are exposed to it. While he may give you comfort if you get sick, and comfort your survivors if you die from it.
            Get vaccinated!

People from the BVI got the virus and they survived. It's not a boogie man virus coming for us. We had it already and survived.

After more than a year, this virus continues to cause serious illness, and death, worldwide. It has strained healthcare systems beyond the breaking point, many times over. The BVI shut down well and early, and thus avoided a major breakout. But it may very easily hit hard here once visitors from outside start coming back. The vaccine have been found to be very effective and safe. Protect yourself and others.
Vaccines have saved countless lives from scourges such as polio and smallpox. Now we have a vaccine against Covid. I urge people to take it.

It appears infected visitors are traveling if 22 tested positive on their arrival day. How many of these 22 are vaccinated?

We just traveled. No one asked to see our vacation card. NO ONE. We had to sign a page that said ‘I tested negative for the virus’, but no one asked for any proof. I had my vaccine card in my front pocket the whole time...if it is any consolation, they did not ask in the US either (but I suspect the had it on their computer...I know we don’t have any of that down here in the BVI that function correctly)

The travel screening ones are ppl who were in the community and did their test to leave the bvi are the local cases and travel screening linked? What restaurants and places did the travel screening visited? Are the workers of those places being tested?

Our Scientist and Medical Personell had to swear on this oath and many countries ratified and signed the agreement why are they pushing this new experimental medical device so cal vaccine

BRITISH MEDICAL JOURNAL No 7070 Volume 313: Page 1448,
    7 December 1996.
    Introduction
The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to
which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in
a new code that is now accepted worldwide.
This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behaviour for the post
World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document
enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The
principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control
    his own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected
benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extended
into general codes of medical ethics.
    The Nuremberg Code (1947)
    Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical
experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds,
conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the
practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such
experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other
methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must
be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:

    1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This
    means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;
should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without
the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,
or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient
knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved
as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This
latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision
by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature,
duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is
    to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected;
and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his
    participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests
upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is
a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with
    impunity.

    2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of
society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random
    and unnecessary in nature.

    3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal
experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other
problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the
    experiment.

    4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical
    and mental suffering and injury.

    5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to
believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those
experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

    6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the
humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

    7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to
protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury,
    disability or death.

    8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons.
The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of
the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

    9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to
bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state
where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10.During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared
to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe,
in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required
of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury,
disability, or death to the experimental subject.

The in tube trials were done, the limited test subject trial were done, the large scale trials were done, exactly as are all drug developments, and all of them adhered to human research rules, and obviously you had your head buring in the sand when several of the studies were paused for study of side affects. So...your entire painstaking recitation is absolutely worthless because you made a false assumption.

And now we have real world data on how effective these vaccines are with exceptionally low dangerous side effects, but you'd rather believe a facebook troll sitting in his mama's basement who gets off tossing grenades via absurd posts.

Grow up. I know not everyone can have a PhD in virology or human physiology and understand what is going on.
BUT people need to have the common sense to listen to those who spend their lives studying these things rather than someone who learned only to copy and paste.

      Nothing to be confused about.
Borders are opening up. More Covid exposed people entering the Territory.
      More Covid in the Territory.
It would be interesting to compare the rates of Covid infection in the vaccinated vs unvaccinated parts of the population as the Territory continues to open up. I for one will continue to wear my mask when out and about in shops, etc.

If someone have to be in quarantine in a hotel / resort etc, they should be given information about broken that quarantine law. Also whoever works in the resort should be notified immediately who they are so that if that guest attempts to dine or go in the public areas, you can stop and warn them right away.

Those numbers are meaningless till they start sharing the full data of how many false positive they have and how many of those are vaccinated vs not.

In normal places ... once a positive case is found, they immediately take another test, just to be sure.

But the bvi is a special place ... they don’t unless you beg and someone choose to listen.

What are the benefits of getting a COVID-19 vaccine?

Prevent you from getting COVID-19 or from becoming seriously ill or dying due to COVID-19
Prevent you from spreading the COVID-19 virus to others
Add to the number of people in the community who are protected from getting COVID-19 — making it harder for the disease to spread and contributing to herd immunity
Prevent the COVID-19 virus from spreading and replicating, which allows it to mutate and possibly become more resistant to vaccines

Its simple folks: if you get the vaccine and get Covid bad you wont die. If you dont get the vaccine and you get Covid bad you could die. Just look at the Seychelles - they opened the borders and covid still there but NO ONE has died from it. We have been vaccinated all our lives: measles, polio, diptheria, TB, smallpox, tetanus- this is just another vaccine to save your life.
