ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - As LIME continues to celebrate “The Year of LIME”, LIME is happy to continue the time-honoured tradition of keeping the Territory connected through the Services Directory.

The Services Directory is one of the longest-printed books in the Territory. It has been printed since the company launched in 1960 and lists the numbers of all persons and businesses who wish to have their numbers available to the public.

“The Service Directory or phone book is still the best way to find contact information that you need. LIME is the only company that can offer this kind of invaluable exposure to businesses and persons throughout the Territory and despite naysayers, statistics show that more persons turn to the phone book and Yellow Pages than any other form of directory when they want to be connected fast, says Ken Guiste, Head of Business Sales.

The 2014 Services Directory also has the added feature of a truly BVI scene on the cover. The cover photo which is entitled “Island Life” was taken by local photographer Bashaar Tarabay and was selected through the “Click to Cover” competition held in 2013. The photo was chosen by a panel of judges which included Mr. Dougal Thornton; professional photographer, and Mrs. Judith Vanterpool; educator and local business woman.

Mr. Tarabay who has been a photographer for 10 years took the photo during a visit to Trellis Bay.

“What I love most about this location is how laid back it is which is reflected in the always calm waters and beautiful boulders throughout the shoreline. It is easily one of the best places to take a sea side stroll with a few Bars and Restaurants on the far side of the bay,” he said.

Inside the pages of the Services Directory persons will also find LIME’s festive message commemorating the 60th Anniversary of Festival and the General Manager’s Message which tells customers what they can expect from LIME in 2014.

Service Directories are already making their way to homes and businesses throughout the Territory. Persons will soon be able to collect a complimentary copy when paying bills at LIME locations as well as from street teams who will be positioned to get them in the hands of everyone in the Territory easily.

It's rather flimsy & much thinner this yr which would suggest that either persons are doing away with their landlines or they're not listing their numbers anymore. Usually the books are thick & heavy but u turn the pgs of this new one & it feels like they bout to tear.

lime need to give their customer contact in the BVI the service is very limited, and customer cannot get question answered from JAMIACA Lime need to handle their own affairs in Tortola and provide a customer base service the numbers given from Jamaica for the BVI no one answers. Lime website has no contact to file complaint, or referral with contact number. But they want to charge customer huge sums of money as outstanding and cannot justify it every month.
