In times of austerity , government cuts, lack of resources, unemployment and falling incomes, the drugs business is booming. Drugs coming up and $$ going back down. The lure of fast money to buy all American , and the want it all now mentality is the mantra for the disenfranchised youth of the BVI. With this comes an increase in gang warfare, shootings, murders etc which again damage the image of these islands.
