Curfews don’t stop people from killing each other. May delay the inevitable but once there is malice in your heart and no desire for conflict resolution people will kill.

I pray to God that the USVI don't become carless like cites such as Italy or New York and become the next epic center for the Corona Virus in the Caribbean. There seem to be no control of movement of persons over there additionally they still have flights going in and out. Soo Sad

To compare the USVI BVI to Italy france America and Spain. Means u never been to those places... if u did u wouldnt say those stupid stuff. U woild also no that 90% of people in those countries use public teansportation busses, Trains so transmission is highly possible... Where in the VI and BVI its reverse 90% of people use their own transport....Talking of Spain and Italy if u listen Newz This Monday coming they are opening up for people to work..Starting with construction workers and manufacturers... See they are ahead of we.. No one dictating to their leaders like they are dictating to ours....
