It is ok to publish how many votes were cast in each district. However, the ballots and voting equipment should be strictly secured. There should be a strict, controlled and air tight chain of custody. How many votes each candidate receive in the advance voting should not be released until after the polls are closed and tabulating commenced the evening of 25 February. There are already talk, albeit it could be false talk, on the street of who received what votes.
